This week in Biomedical Science, students learned more skills of forensic analysis. The focus this week was blood typing and analyzing blood splatters. They learned these skills through a hands-on activity, focused around the case of Anna Garcia's death. By examining blood type compatibility and using scientific techniques to analyze splatter patterns, students used their investigative skills and learned how these methods are used in criminal investigations to piece together evidence.
