We were having fun this morning in German class!!
German II students sat back-to-back to use their words (not gestures) to help their partner replicate a room they arranged in Drawing. It was challenging and forced them to use prepositions and new vocabulary, but they were able to accurately communicate with minimal errors! 8th graders practiced the alphabet and numbers by facing off in Schlachtschiff (Battleship).
82 WTHS Juniors and Seniors participated today in the College, Trades and Military Fair held at Morgan Township Middle/High School.

WT PRINCIPAL TALK
The first WT Principal talk will be on Monday, October 21 during MS student-led parent-teacher conferences from 5:30-6 PM in the cafeteria. The topics will include the new Indiana Department of Education proposed high school diploma changes that would impact the current 8th graders in the Class of 2029 and beyond as well as Mrs. Symer will join me to talk about what your high school student, freshman through senior, should be doing right now to plan for post high school.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, East Porter will not have a quorum for tonight’s board meeting, with only three members available. We will meet briefly, but no official business will be conducted. The meeting will be postponed, and a new date will be announced once determined.

They DO NOT need to place a new order. If they forget their package on retake day, we will take their photo & write their name down but we won’t order a new package until the old one is returned. Unwanted picture packages must be returned directly to the photographers!!
2024 Girls Volleyball Sectional @ Marquette Catholic
Washington Township vs Marquette Catholic on Thursday, October 17th. 5:30 game time. The Semi Final game will be at 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 19th and the Championship game is scheduled for Saturday, October 19th at 7:00 pm.
